Toufik Boukaba, holder of a BSc. series Mathematical Techniques in 1990. Engineer in electronics, of the university of Batna, Algeria, in July 1995. He obtains his diploma of Master in November 2007 at the Ecole Militaire Polytechnique (EMP), Algiers, in Electronic systems, advanced signal processing techniques. Currently, he is the head of electronics department in Ecole Supérieure des Techniques de l’Aéronautique, he postulates for PhD in Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, Algiers.

Field of research of his PhD project is the robust detection and estimation applied to the radar.
