Former SPG member Zhihua Lu has been awarded with the 2012 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad for his PhD studies at SPG.

This award has been founded by the Chinese government in 2003 with the purpose of rewarding the academic excellence of self-financed Chinese students studying overseas.

The SPG wishes to congratulate Zhihua to this excellent award.
