Advanced Topics in Statistical Signal Processing
This course extends the signal processing fundamentals taught in DSP towards advanced topics that are the subject of current research. It is aimed at those with an interest in signal processing and a desire to extend their knowledge of signal processing theory in preparation for future project work (e.g. Diplomarbeit) and their working careers.
This course consists of a series of lectures followed by student presentations and a final exam. More information can be found on the links on the left of this page.
- There might be some confusion about which seminar is scheduled in which semester. Until this semester, the seminar Signal Detection and Parameter Estimation was always hold in summer terms and the seminar Advanced Topics in Statistical Signal Processing was always hold in winter terms. From now on, the opposite is true:
Starting this semester, Signal Detection and Parameter Estimation is in winter terms and Advanced Topics in Statistical Signal Processing is in summer terms.
